Refund policy

 

We want you to be totally satisfied with our product, but if for some reason you would like to return you have the option to do this in accordance with our general terms and conditions. You can read more about returning orders via our store at www.HAIRTWO.COM located in our General Terms and Conditions section. You can cancel the order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your order. All ordered products must be returned unused, in good condition and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns if the product has been opened. All our customers are guaranteed new and undamaged produce.  A product that has been opened and/or tested becomes unsaleable and therefore we cannot accept its return. 

If we receive open products we will not accept delivery and always return these to the customer.

HAIRTWO will reimburse all payments from the customer, excluding delivery costs charged by HAIRTWO for the delivered product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the customer notifies him of the withdrawal. 

HAIRTWO uses the same payment method that the customer has used for reimbursement unless the customer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the customer.
